3 Cold Brew Coffee Recipes You Can Try at Home
One of the latest coffee trends that everyone wants to try is the Cold Brew Coffee. Coffee shops have their own blend that is suitable for coffee lovers who are always keen in trying out new coffee flavors. Cold Brew Coffee is actually different from the original iced coffee because of how it was prepared and also the flavor and strength of the coffee itself. Iced coffee is just brewed coffee with ice in it while cold brew coffee is actually brewed in cold water for at least 12 hours.
There are also a lot of ways cold coffee brew can be made depending on the
person’s taste. Here are three cold brew recipes that anyone can make in their own home.
COCO-BREW What you need:
- 100ml cold brew concentrate
- 300ml coconut water
- Milk (optional)
- Sugar (optional; any sweetener preferred)
What you need to do:
- Simply mix the cold brew concentrate with the coconut water.
- If needed, add the milk to make it creamier
- To make it sweeter, add 3 spoonful of sugar or any sweetener preferred.
CINNAMON ORANGE COFFEE BREW
What you need:
- 500ml of cold brew concentrate
- ¼ orange cut into wedges
- Cinnamon sticks (at least 2)
- Pinch of powdered cinnamon
- Pinch of coconut sugar or any sweetener preferred
What you need to do:
- Fill tumbler or glass with ice and squeeze orange into it. Leave peel in glass or tumbler.
- Put in cinnamon stick.
- Pour cold brew concentrate.
- Finish by mixing with powdered cinnamon and coconut sugar or any sweetener preferred.
BUBBLE ICED COLD BREW
What you need:
- 1 cup of coconut sugar syrup / 3 tablespoon of coconut sugar (or any sweetener preferred)
- ½ cup of water
- 1/3 cup of cooked black tapioca pearls
- ¼ cup of cold brew concentrate
- ½ cup of milk (any type of milk preferred)
What you need to do:
- Pour ¼ cold brew into glass and add ice.
- Add ½ milk (or any type of milk preferred) and stir to mix.
- Add coconut sugar (syrup or powdered; or any sweetener preferred)
- Lastly, add the tapioca pearls and mix it well.
